Return Goods:
Merchandise may not be returned without written permission. The factory will issue a Return Goods Authorization number. Most copper, aluminum and stainless steel items and all made to order mounting bases are not returnable. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item that is not one of our regular stock items. Items that are acceptable for return are subject to a 20% handling and re-cartoning charge. Returned goods must be shipped prepaid.

If the item was damaged in shipping Empire will assist the customer in filing a claim with the carrier.
